I saw that yesterday. It cracked me up.

Remember: Democrats don't pay taxes either. This is the classic "do as I say, not as I do" that seems characteristic of the breed.

My lib friends argue that you don't have a Constitutional right to be a convention delegate. As you do have a Constitutional right to vote, no ID should be required to exercise that right.

I like to counter that we then should need no permit to carry a firearm, as that is also a Constitutional right. You should hear them hem and haw at that.

We should also run a NICS check on voters at the polling place unless they pay $140 to get a plastic voter ID that requires fingerprints and a more thorough check than NICS. Rights are rights.

I just realized something.

SCOTUS has already voted on voter ID laws and found them Constitutional. Why is this still an issue?

....because the current Executive branch has shown nothing but contempt for the two other branches. From public accusation to threats based on potential future decisions, SCOTUS has been treated like a rival political faction. Obviously, there would be no respect for any past or future decisions that they might render if those decisions did not follow preferred ideology.

This is absolutely true, and I regard this as one of the most offensive things that Obama (and his cronies) have done. It is my sincerest wish that this president forever remains an exception to this matter.

Because Obama and Holder support voter fraud and Romney doesn't seem any different.

I can think of at least one previous President who fought publicly with SCOTUS as an enemy to his administration......also one of our only presidents to fight a duel.

Andrew Jackson.

Can you please site some reference to where Mitt Romney has come out against voter ID laws? I'd really like to read it for myself...
