A father walked in on a man sexually assaulting his four year old daughter, and beat him to death. The Sheriff says he was in his rights and was defending a third person, but is still forwarding to the DA and possible Grand Jury.
Wouldn't this fall under the Castle Doctrine? He was preventing an act of rape, after all.
