AR Guys...What Is This Part??

Post by Medic218 »

I just finished putting together my first rifle and as with any build of ANYTHING I put together I have parts left over.
I've functioned checked it up to the point of firing it and everything works as it should.
This was from the lower parts kit.
Thanks in advance for your responses!

I hate it when I take things apart and then after I put it back together there are extra parts left over. :banghead:

I don't know what that is. I haven't taken mine apart yet.

I am not an AR guy but that looks a lot like a nickel to me.

Its a 6.8 but I like your idea.
Also, maybe I'll glue it to the bolt release to make for a larger surface area.
