Biased media regarding guns

Post by glockstero »

We will know more about the A&M area shooter in 48 hrs than we know about Barack Hussain Obama after almost 48 months of being the President thanks to our biased media.

Wait -- the media's biased?

Actually, I'm surprised that we haven't heard more, especially since an LEO was killed in the line of duty. The shooter must have been pretty "generic" from a media standpoint, nothing "cool" for them to make a big deal about...have I told anyone how much I despise the mass media? :grumble

The guy in the bell tower? I thought that was in the '60s?

Apparently the guy had known mental problems, shot at the police serving an eviction notice, and was White, so the incident doesn't really fit any of their narratives. And yes, an officer was killed in the line of duty, but think about that duty for a minute...he was serving an eviction notice.....meaning he was serving the interests of an evil capitalist property owner, and acting against the interest of an unfortunate mental patient. Now, if the guy was a Tea Party member, belonged to a militia, or vocal in his distaste for the Obamanation, it would be a whole 'nother story.

The reason we have not heard more about this is apparantly he did not have one of those "automatic assault rifles" :evil2:

Constable was serving a summons to appear in Court for an Eviction proceeding and the resident shot him and grabbed his ammo etc and went shooting.

A Constable in College Station was serving an eviction notice at a house only a few blocks away from the Texas A&M campus. The guy they were evicting got irate and started shooting. Last I heard the death total was 3, including the scum loser shooter and the Constable.

The media initially reported it as a shooting near the A&M campus, and no one was sure for a few hours what the situation was. But they went ahead and ran it as big breaking national news (I even got a Fox News alert about it on my phone) as a potential mass shooting/campus shooting before the facts came out.
