Taurus customer service.

Post by MoJo »

While cleaning the internals of my Taurus 85 I managed to loose the firing pin return spring. So, I called Taurus and ordered a replacement spring. The rep told me it would be $1.00 and $4.00 shipping. I asked him about the warranty and he told me it was for broken parts not lost parts but, he would send me the replacement spring free of charge anyway. :thumbs2: I am one happy Taurus camper. :coolgleamA:

Good deal. That is great customer service. Trying to save five bucks versus a short sweet conversation. Priceless!
