Dance Halls Posted?

Does anyone know about posted 51% or 30.06 signs at Big Texas Dance Hall & Saloon (Spring) or Stetson's Nightlife (Humble)? My wife and I enjoy country dancing but I couldn't find anything on Texas 30.06 (dot com).

My guess is that, as bars, they probably have 51% signs. However, they are entertainment venues as well. We usually go very early and leave very early before the crowds show up. Neither of us are drinkers, but I know we'd be surrounded by those who do.
