the NY Mayor is considering legislation to rid the city of murderous subway trains.
he proposes a strict 3 mph on all trains until the assault trains are removed.these are military style trains and have been known to be semi-automatic

but with hos mode of thinking.....anything is possible in the wake of the two murders
lets no blame the person committing the crime, lets ban the inanimate object

These high-powered, high-capacity assault trains need to be banned. They should be slower, hold fewer passengers and allow fewer riders in the waiting areas.
