Magpul PRS Stock
Does anyone have a great deal of experience with this stock? I just ordered one (literally) for a 6.8 upper and lower receiver. Right build and don't care about the weight as my upper probably weighs in at 10 lbs plus already. At the price would have liked to shoot with one first, but can't just stare at a lower receiver with my nice upper without finishing it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Magpul PRS Stock
I had one on a 5.56/.223 varmint rifle I had and sold in 2012, and I currently have one on an AR10 SASS rifle I own. Nice stocks. I bit heavy....but the whole rifle is 15 lb, so the stock isn't even close to all of that weight. The adjustability is nice, but I have found on both rifles that A) I didn't need to put much adjustment into it to begin with, and B) once I found settings I like, it stayed that way.

Thanks, mine is pretty heavy already so I didn't figure a couple extra pounds would matter!

I just installed it and you are right...didn't need much adjustment, but I did extend it and raise it a few clicks for the right feel. Now time for the Range!
