Where can I buy a printer? How much do they cost?

If they BAN a "printed" 3-D AR-15 magazine, where's freedom of the press?

One of the more popular, hobbyist-level models is the MakerBot. I'm still going to have to buy my magazines, at least as long as the current administration will allow it.jollyman wrote:Where can I buy a printer? How much do they cost?

This is another good reason why a ban would fail. These printers will be able to produce any polymer gun part. Why not 50 round magazines?!

It looks like they run about $2000, but the printing material cost around $50 a kg.

A lot of school districts have them at the high schools... They are pretty cool machines, you can make tools right off the printer. It's amazing stuff.

you can actually find entry level machines that are fairly basic for like 600-700, I was looking into them last year seems like a neat hobbyajwakeboarder wrote:It looks like they run about $2000, but the printing material cost around $50 a kg.
