I tried contacting them by email but no answer.Now it shows mailed but will it be forwarded to my new address or returned to Austin? I can change the address online now but a lot a good that foes me with my CHL card in transit.

The mailing envelope is just very plain and white. There is nothing on it to suggest the po should not forward, so if you have the proper forwarding info sent to the po, then it should be good, and then you can change the address and wait for even another new one.

It didn't forward like I hoped.Now the waiting game part 2.

Same thing happened to me. I changed my address on-line and it took two weeks until I got a new one with updated address.
