austin gun show

Was anybody able to make it out this past weekend? I passed because even though the cedar park center is closer to me than the norh austin event center i did not want to pay 5 bucks to park plus another 8 to get in. Last austin gun show i saw 100 round boxes of cci mini mag going for $20, sig m400 enhanced going for 2,300 and the price gougers of the century alamo ammo selling 525 round bricks of 22lr for $249.99. I probably wont go to another gun show until all this mess calms down. If you went please tell us how it was.

I went and it was just as I expected, all ridiculously overpriced crap.
525 rd box of rem 22LR at $149.99
100 rd box CCI for 24.95
.223 Penetrator at about $1.00 a round
Chinese no name 12ga pump guns for more than a new 870 at Academy.
Steel AK mags were $15.00 a few months ago, now 45.00
I left with beef jerky and 2 plastic ammo boxes!
I second staying away until things come back down to earth.
