My M&P 40s have a little brother!

Post by MoJo »

My two fullsize M&P 40 now have a little brother. It followed me home from Academy this afternoon. :anamatedbanana

Sorry for the lousy cellphone picture the battery in my Nikon was dead. Note the Brilliant Backstraps grips on the two big guys. Maybe something for junior? :thumbs2:

A plus is being able to get magazine adapters so I can use my full size mags. :thumbs2:

Sadly, since I got my M&P40c, my full sized .40 doesn't get out of the safe much. I carry it with the full-size magazine with the X-grip adapter as a spare.

The only problem I've ever had with it was losing one of the rear sight white dots. It just disappeared one shooting session. I replaced it (and the other one of course) with bright orange nail enamel.

Great pistol.

I carry mine with Speer Gold Dot 155 grain JHPs.

I have gone the opposite direction
I got the M&P9C first, liked it so well, got the M&P9 full size, and it conceals so well that I never carried the 9C again.
I sold it
Then bought the M&P 40 and M&P 45, both full sized

Awesome. I'm glad you were able to adopt another pistol. I'm sure you will enjoy using it. :thumbs2:

I put my two G23s in the safe next to each other every night and still no G27. Maybe if I loaded some Marvin Gaye on the iPod and put it in the safe...

Tlynnhughes on here makes them. Here's her website: http://www.brilliantbackstraps.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Don't be afraid to get the glitter backstraps, they have the same texture as fine grit sandpaper.
