I have a small sentry safe with key and combo entry. The keys make a beeping sound that annoys me and I think are way to loud in case I need to open at night if something goes bump in the night.
In a previous discussion I think someone mentioned that they have disabled the beeping. I looked and neither the product manual, nor the website are any help.
Does anyone know how to disable the sound, without modifying the cables/circuit ?
Thanks

Re: Sentry Safe question
Have you checked the owner's manual? If you don't have it one can be downloaded from Sentry's website.

EDIT: I have a 14 gun Sentry for some lesser value overload and I checked the manual. It doesn't mention a method to delete the beep. Only way to get rid of the beep is to kill the speaker. Found that info on a Wal-Mart review of the safes.
