My US Representative called me last night...

This is the second time this year that I've answered the phone and I've heard" "This is a telephone town hall; please hold for Congresswoman XXXXXXX. If you wish to ask a question of the Congresswoman please press the pound key."

And the phone fades for a second and you hear my congresswoman having discussions with other people around the area... Arlington, Azle, Benbrook, Springtown, Ft. Worth, etc.

Everyone's asking about all different subjects from the price of oil to impeaching Speaker Pelosi.

I mentioned CHL's and all of the qualifications that we must meet to legally carry a weapon, not only for our protection but for the protection of our loved ones and quite possibly of those around us.

My contribution was more in the area of a comment than a question... the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and why do we have Criminal Friendly Gun Free Killing Zones.

Congresswoman Kay Granger was eager to stand up in support of our second amendment rights and to help restore all of our rights.


I applaud my United States Congresswoman -- Kay Granger -- for giving me the opportunity to ask her questions and to hear the concerns that others have as well.
