Keymod Handstop For AR's

I'll soon be getting a B5 Keymod Handguard for one of my AR's.

While looking at some of keymod accessories, I came across a handstop sold by IWC.

Do any of you use handstops, of course it doesn't matter if they're keymod...?

If so, do you gain better accuracy because you can pull the rifle in tighter or ...?

I also see a solution for a potential non-problem, but as always, I could be wrong.

As this is going on a KISS rifle, I'm trying not to add to many do-dads, but if it helps with accuracy...
