Local WalMart has Varget

Post by rotor »

Perhaps things are getting better. My local WM in Wichita Falls had Varget, two IMR powders ( can't recall which ) and primers galore plus assorted bullets, RCBS dies, etc.

I wish our NE TX wallyworld stores had components. I did find some reloading stuff in the Sweetwater wally last September during dove season.

Wow!
- Never thought WM would carry any reloading supplies. If it becomes the norm I hope they stock it deep :)

Interesting, I never would of thought WM would carry reloading supplies.

I however must ask about the prices? I'm curious if their bulk buying abilities resulted in lower prices.

Any examples of prices you could share?

Thanks

I believe the powder was about $27 a pound and primers $3.90 or so per hundred (CCI). Going by memory. Academy has Winchester primers.
