It's not a "smart pistol". It's a "stupid person's pistol".

Don't forget the extra $400 for the watch to make it work. The watch is sold separately.

The wristwatch is another $400, but I hear the shackles for your ankles are free.

I know what you must be thinking. Did I charge my gun and watch last night?

I saw that you facebooked that.
The pistol sells for $1,399 and the watch retails for another $399
Great...... and $1,800 .22 that you have to synch to a watch before you can shoot it (how long does that take?), and that you can't use in an emergency if you don't have the time to put the watch on.

That's not safer; that's a fatal disaster waiting to happen.

OTH, it will relegate the handgun to casual plinking and range work.......which is exactly what the liberals want.
