Have you tried this yet?
Brewed in Grandbury, Texas. I found the Blood and Honey at Kroger and I really like it.

Thanks for the post, looks like motorcycle ride in the making.

Looks like the brewery has a fun day for tours on Saturdays.

What does it mean when the TABC website has a blank by their "gun sign" field?
Anyone know if they are posted?

I am going to take a guess and say they don't sell for onsite consumption. Free taste samples don't count as far as I know.Jaguar wrote:What does it mean when the TABC website has a blank by their "gun sign" field?

That was my thought, thanks for backing it up. I hope to ride down next weekend and will post results.Right2Carry wrote:I am going to take a guess and say they don't sell for onsite consumption. I've been there, and if it was posted, I sure didn't see it. I think the deal is, that you buy the tasting glass, which they will then fill up for you two or three times. The weekend I was there, the place was pretty full, plenty of kids playing around, too. There was a band playing, and BBQ sandwiches for sale to eat.
As far as the beer itself, I don't like the Blood and Honey; way too much cinnamon. Some of their other beers are pretty good. Martin House has superior beer, but a much higher hipster ratio at the tasting.

I tried to call them and no live person was available.
I'd like to know what retailers carry their products.

They're pretty commonly available in Fort Worth-Dallas, but I don't know where you are. Here's their product locator map:

Hey great, thanks guys!
Re: Have you tried this yet?
I was there last Sat. They have a band on Sat, from 12-3 I believe. Pay $10 to get a glass that you keep and they will fill it up for you 4 times. Last week they had their 4 regular brews plus 2 seasonal ones. You get a wrist band when you pay and they mark refills off on the wrist band. A brewery tour is available at 1:30. I did not see a 51% or 30.06 sign but there was a gun buster sign where you left the parking lot and entered the grounds. Lots of kids were around and if you aren't drinking or under 21 there isn't a charge. Food is available. Great bbq for reasonable price. I've seen Blood and Honey at HEB.
