That sounds about right. A regular semester is 15-16 weeks, so if you're cramming the same material into five weeks it has to go three times as fast. I'm taking an eight week Summer class and we read two chapters per week, have two homework assignments each week, plus one project or paper due each week except the first one.

Good luck!

Good luck. Remember that while it is possible to study too late, it is impossible to study too early.

I took Physics in summer school when I was in college.
Lecture: 3 x 3 hours/week
Mandatory TA Sessions: 2 x 1.5 hours/week (combination review, lecture and lab prep)
Lab: 2 x 3 hours/week

Total: 18 hours/week for 5 weeks. For 1 class (4 credit hours).
Needless to say, I only took ONE class that summer session.

However.... I HIGHLY recommend Summer classes.

Summer classes are the toughest of all. Good luck and Absorbine helps with the writers cramps.
