Cedar ridge conservation hiking trails

Does anyone knows if the cedar ridge conservation is off limits to chl holders? I Want to go do some hiking there, I looked on their website and says no weapons allowed, but I would like to make sure if that applies to chl holders as well.

Land is a mixture of Dallas County and City owned, so can't be legally posted with a 30.06.
