Back in '96 when CHL became legal in Texas, TGIF's was one of the businesses to attempt posting a sign at their doorway prohibiting concealed carry. It did not meet the 30.06 c3b legal requirements, but nonetheless I boycotted their restaurants.
Now, dragged in there by my wife, I notice they now have the LEGAL signage provided by TABC (Tex Alchohol Bev Comm) that prohibits UNLICENSED carry. This does NOT prohibit licensed CHL on the premise. Maybe they figured out that all the "O-K Corral" hysteria crap was nonesense.
Unfortunetly, I don't think the food is as good as it was 10-20 years ago either..

I usually eat lunch at a TGI Fridays near my office. They've always had the unliscenced carry sign up. Most of the chain resturants i've been to are gun friendly as much as the TABC allows.

the TGIF at 75 and Plano used to have the non-compliant sign, maybe it still does???
The one at Beltline and Park (or was it parker?) had an old spanish language sign that made no sense to me at onc epoint, but it's gone, too.
