Thanksgiving
I am thankful for a God who so loved us He came to earth and dwelt in the flesh (John 1:1-18) Was tempted in all ways so He knows what we are contending with (He 4:13), Died in our stead and was raised, defeating death and allowing me to be cleansed of my sins by immersion and the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:37-40).
I am thankful for a loving and faithful wife who has blessed me in her righteousness (Pro 31:10). I am thankful for my children, a gift from God - a blessing (Psalm 127:3-5). They've been a blessing filling my life with things to treasure in my heart. They have grown into beautiful and righteous women and have always been pleasing to the Lord (Co 3:20).
I am thankful for grand children that are a crown to this old man's head (Pro 17:6). I am thankful for my mom and dad, my sisters who are friends, counsel and love without conditions.
I am thankful for Keith Cedras who brought a fulfilling joy and love to my sister Connie.
The rest? Icing on the cake.
Happy and Blessed thanksgiving to all of you.
