New CHL question
Applying for my CHL and wondering if it is better to mail the documentation in or upload all of it to the website.

You'll get different answers, but I say upload it. Worked great for me.

Upload is faster, and you still have your original documents, just in case anything happens.

Once you upload your documents, do you get an email or anything that says they have been received and they are working on it?
