Others on the various 10-22 forums recommended a UTG 3-9x32mm scope that was short enough to mount on the Takedown stock and still fit in to the bag for secure storage. I swapped out the Ruger scope mount for a Picatiny rail that mounted in its place, them mounted the QR mount thence the scope. Thought I was close to zeroing at 50 yards the other night, but the light was failing and I wasn't sure. This evening I had a chance to prove it...


The target's from about 50 yards, offhand, with CCI Stingers. Not bad for an old guy whose hands shake, now and then.
