I was parusing the usual websites and found this interesting tidbit...
Let me see if I got this straight, and thats why I want ya'll to take a crack at this as well...
If I am an instructor, and lets say I conduct my CHL class, at my home or on my property...And after that class portion is completed and we do the range portion of the class away from my home (which is why I am thinking State Farm may be confused about this issue)...
Why do they risk losing business by cancelling a customers homeowners policy if that customer wants to be insured under that policy for this business...
The letter kinda makes me thing the instructor conducts his class on his property, and that State Farm doesn't like that, so they cancel him...
Since I am not an instructor, it appears that ya'll are required to have some liability insurance to do business as a firearms instructor obviously...
I mean I can understand that the business is a high risk activity, but then again high-rise window washers do some pretty risky things as well, and it requires them to do things that if you don;t do them right, someone could get hurt or killed...
Whats the difference???
