Android 4.4.2 KitKat Help Needed

Post by G26ster »

I have a recent phone upgrade to Android 4.4.2 KitKat. How in the world does one change the appointment alert time in this system. Right now I get an alert only 10 minutes prior. In the older Android, I could select minutes, hours, or even days prior for an alert. I can't find any way in this new system to change the alert time. Any help appreciated.

If I recall correctly, you have to set the appointment and save it. Then click on it and go to the bottom and hit something like "more options." From there, it allows you to change when you are notified.

the appointment

Thanks, helped me find it. You have to do this when "setting" the appointment, not afterwards.
