We got something similar in the worse parts of town. It has a man with a hat and a trenchcoat with a circle slash over him. Ill try to get a picture of one.

Of course the wishful thinkers that ordered up that sign are certain that everyone who reads it will already know the area code to call when reporting crimes. Can you make a local call from a cell phone without using the area code? No.
