New 2015 instructor renewal info

They just added new instructor info to DPS website specific to 2015 instructor renewals. No class or shooting required this time around.

I received a notice stating I had met all requirements for instructor renewal and that they were mailing a new instructor certificate. As of today, no certificate has arrived.
Massad Ayoob Group Staff Instructor, NRA Life Member, Pistol instructor, and RSO;
Texas LTC Instructor, IDPA 6-gun Master, Suarez International Affiliate
