I think the gist of his article is that today with the advent of social media, there are too many keyboard experts who anonymously rip the true professionals. Really, if you think about it this is true in any subject these days. Look at what those who will go nameless did to OC. Look at what keyboard commandos do to sully the true patriot groups.
