There are always good men and women willing and able to fight for freedom and liberty in the legislature. That doesn't mean they're easy to recognize or are immune from mistakes/deception/temptation. Humans will always disappoint to some degree. I hope Chief Justice Roberts does better but we are in desperate need of another Scalia (or better)...
