Finck's Cigar, San Antonio
Finck's Cigar on Broadway has a non-compliant sign. I don't know about their other two locations, but I would bet they're the same.

That sign has no force of law. Walk right on past it. Whether you choose to do so discreetly or openly is up to you.

TAM's right on the money.
While you're there, please don't make an issue of the sign.
I'd love to see many more signs like this as opposed to 30:06/07...

Oh, I forget to mention.
Buy yourself a Padron Maduro 3000 for a very good and inexpensive cigar. (well, inexpensive for a high quality, every day cigar - when I was smoking them they went for about $4.00 a piece)
I'd cut off an appendage of one sort or another if I could still smoke premium, hand rolled cigars.
Cigar smoking 'was' once a very great pleasure.

The store in Helotes has the same sign at the bottom right side of the door. Almost have to strain to find it.KLB wrote:Finck's Cigar on Broadway has a non-compliant sign. I don't know about their other two locations, but I would bet they're the same.
I usually don't OC there. Either secure my weapon in my auto or just pull my shirt over it. When I choose to secure my weapon I leave my shirt tucked in so they can see my empty holster, mag holder and flashlight.

the Dominican cigar industry is safe, Cuban cigars are generally trash, had several and they aren't all that good. kinda like the trash cigarettes in Iraq

I am not a cigar aficionado, but I have bought Cuban cigars in Canada and Mexico. I didn't think they were worth the price. Part of the appeal was that I couldn't buy them here.JP171 wrote:the Dominican cigar industry is safe, Cuban cigars are generally trash, had several and they aren't all that good. kinda like the trash cigarettes in Iraq
I would think that in the last 50 years the quality of Cuban cigars has gone down since they don't have any competition.
BTW, the Mexican cigarettes were cheap, but are terrible!

I admit I have only smoked a few Cuban cigars and I am nowhere close to being an expert, but I have found Honduran cigars to be more to my liking.
