Where would one locate this information online?

Would it be too much to ask what you plan to do with this information?BrassMonkey wrote:So is there a method online to determine how many active licenses are currently ISSUED to date for a specific zip code? Or is this where the letter writing comes into play?
There used to be. I do not see it in their stack 'o stuff now, though.BrassMonkey wrote:So is there a method online to determine how many active licenses are currently ISSUED to date for a specific zip code? Or is this where the letter writing comes into play?

Well, logically you could count up all of the licenses in a given zip code for each year over the last 5 years and add them up. Since the licenses last about 5 years (or slightly less), you should be able to get a good idea of the actual numbers that way.BrassMonkey wrote:Why, Rule the world of course :-)

I don't know what you paln to do with the information, but for practical purposes, you can start with the number of licenses issued in 2006. The total number of license holders will be more than 4 times that number (since more people get licenses every year than the year before) and probably less than 5 times.BrassMonkey wrote:Thanks, I was trying to avoid any sort of math... I will do that.
That eliminates alot of guess work.......time to start spreading the word!phddan wrote:Man, that is interesting.
