I'm looking for a new butcher in Austin or north on the I-35 corridor from Waco to Austin. Want cut to order & variety of high quality beef options. (Prime, wagyu, etc.)
Any ideas?
Thanks!!
Keith
Love my old butchers but they are in Garland and McKinney- I won't be up there as often going forward so need one closer to home.

If you're interested, I had a professor last semester that raises and butchers his own wagyu beef, and distributes it all across Texas to some very high end restraunts. It's not in the North 35 corridor rather south, but from pictures it looks like some tastey beef!

there use to be a good one in Georgetown, on Williams. Can't remember the name, it's been 10 years. But I'm pretty sure it was still there the last time we were there a few months ago.

You can try their rib eye steak or Flintstones beef rib at the supper club before you load up the shopping cart. The wild game mixed grill is also quite good.flechero wrote:Saw that one on line... it and Salt & Time look like they would be worth looking into...Dadtodabone wrote:Dai Due.
