My opinion, immediate death penalty for treason. Looks like there is a pretty thick file on this guy. I wonder why Justice Dept. waited so long....
I'll just tell myself it's because they wanted to get additional intelligence from him, and not due to political correctness.

Why did they take so long to finally charge this degenerate? With the FBI record of allowing so much to slip through the cracks, how do they know he wasn't able to actually pass along info, or equipment to real terrorists? 5 years is a long time to wait. What's worse, is that during all of that time we were still paying his salary. 
Take away the Second first, and the First is gone in a second
