Why did they take so long to finally charge this degenerate? With the FBI record of allowing so much to slip through the cracks, how do they know he wasn't able to actually pass along info, or equipment to real terrorists? 5 years is a long time to wait. What's worse, is that during all of that time we were still paying his salary.
