Precision Bullet Bulk Orders

So I'm new to this part of the forum and saw the sticky about periodic bulk order from Precision Bullets. The poll/post is from 2009 and I don't see anything else about it like how to jump in so I'm not even sure if it's still going on.

This would be awesome since the bullets are easily the largest part of my reloading expense since my wife's tolerance is met when discussing casting hot lead.

So basically, is this still going on? I could be in for 2000 bullets every 3 months if it is.
