Happy Thanksgiving!

Post by bblhd672 »

Wishing all of the upstanding women and men of this forum a very Happy and Safe Thanksgiving!

Be safe, give thanks for the blessings bestowed upon us by our Creator, for the brave and wise Founders who recognized the need to protect our natural rights from the government they formed, for our families, friends and for the men and women who stand vigilant watch to protect our cities, states and nation from those who would do us harm.

Happy Thanksgiving! We have much to be thankful for.

Tryptophan - my favorite sleep aid.

Thanksgiving dinner is my favorite meal of the year. Mrs. Anygunanywhere's sausage dressing is my favorite side dish.

We are smoking a turkey again this year.

Appetizers are grilled wild dove stuffed jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, and grilled wild dove stuffed with mincemeat wrapped in bacon.

I remember my grandparents always had mincemeat for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Never heard about stuffing wild dove. :tiphat:

I have too many things to list that I am thankful for. Family , friends, salvation, my church, etc...

I am thankful for Mr.cotton and this Forum as well as all of not just acquaintances, but friends from The TexasCHLForum. There has been more good things done for me and my family just from being part of the CHL Family.

God Bless and have a terrific day.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I have learned a ton from this group!

The Second Amendment is now in good shape. I asked one of my friends who works at a local mom and pop gun shop if they were disappointed there was not a frenzied "Hillary rush" to buy guns and ammo. He wisely said much better to eat smaller meals for life than one huge banquet and starve from then on.

If anybody is traveling I hope you have a safe journey and a safe return home!
Please know and follow the rules of firearms safety.
