Very interesting. It would seem as if this is true, that most of the restrictions on where it's legal to carry will be gone. Can this be true?

I have to admit I have no idea what this is about; I've heard nothing. However, this is a repeal of the Texas Administrative Code, not the same provision in the Penal Code. I also have to admit I never knew these provisions were in the TAC, they serve no purpose.

Makes you go hmmmm...

Administrative Code vs. Penal Code...

Not that it looks to be a battle between the two codes...

They sure do reflect (in wording) the same...

So if the Administrative Code goes away...Thats no big deal...Its still effective (and enforcable) in the Penal Code...

I have to wonder what the purpose is for the Admin version...But I won't wonder for long...I got other stuff to ponder... :lol:
