D.C. Circuit Upholds RTKBA

Before Heller, D.C. required a firearm owner to have a license to carry a firearm from one room of the owner's home to another. After Heller, D.C. magnanimously let gun owners move their weapons around the house. Now, the federal appeals court has told them that the right to bear arms means you should be able to bear arms. Imagine that.
