Suprisingly, no it isn't. It actually says gun control to reduce crime is a myth.

It's a nicely done piece. Stossl is one of the best reporters in television. It was great how he first shows Al Sharpton saying that right to carry was a terrible idea and saying (paraphrasing) "Imagine walking down the street knowing that 90% of the people might be armed, and you could be their next target.", then displaying a map of the USA showing the 36 states (at the time) that had right to carry laws in place. Then he stated that not a single one of those states had any problems with right to carry since passing it.

Really well done.

And it doesn't hurt that he's (paraphrasing his words) a borderline Libertarian.
