According to this article's criteria, it is Virginia

It looks like Texas dropped because of voting numbers in the 2016 election. Maybe that was a good thing. If the "blue" cities in Texas had turned out in record numbers, the results might have been different.

I would no have included Peace Corps volunteers in my criteria for patriotism.

None of the top ten are Yankee states and none of the bottom 10 are Southern states. hmmmm…

If we could kick Austin and Dallas out of the State we would be number one again. Were is that go home libtard billboard when you need it most?
