Question for FFL holders

Hello everyone.

I am currently filling out FFL form 1140-0018

I am only applying for my Curio and Relic license on this form... My question is for Instructions part 4. Chief Law Enforcement Officer.... and concurrently Section 20, Applicant Certification....

I'm not sure if I initial the boxes in section 20 that I did indeed mail a copy of my application, or do I need a representative of my local police department to initial this section.

Never Mind... I think I answered it for myself.... I am the one who certifies that I have indeed mailed and or delivered a copy to my local police...
