NY: trying to own a gun

Ex New York Judge has her gun confiscated a full month before the red flag law takes affect. And apparently it’s because the complainant and the judge who signed the order don’t like her politics.

If you are politically connected in NY, there is no problem in getting a gun. Gun control in the Empire State has been around a long time and has always been political.

NY Rifle & Pistol Assoc. has a case before the Supreme Court. This will be a good one to follow.

I just hope that red flag law doesn't go into effect at the Federal level. If so a lot of us will be targeted at 6am in the morning because our ex wife realizes a loop hole she can use against us without any repercussions on her part. If this was to happen, start digging holes and storing a few of your most valued weapons in sealed plastic barrels, give them only a couple guns to make them happy at that moment. Just my 2 cents

And your saying this as a friend of gun owners because you personally don’t own any guns, and never will, because they are dangerous and go off by themselves and stuff.

That’s why I don’t have any guns as well.

This is a gun forum?

I thought this was the Texas Canned Ham Lover's forum.

I was never good at boating.
Gun control is like stopping drunk driving by making it harder for sober people to drive.

We lost all our guns when our ski boat took a sharp turn.......yeah, that's the ticket.

Oh, and the lake I lost them in bans magnet fishing......so there's that too. :-)
