Binocular Lens protection? Deer hunting day pack.

Post by tomneal »

So...
I now have two deer rifles. One with good quality lens covers and one without. I took both to the range last week and the optical quality was substantial.

I recently upgraded my binoculars from a 30 year old pair to some decent Nikons.

The lens protectors do not stay in place when they are in my day pack.
In the deer stand, I noticed that the lenses are not as clean as I want.

I thought about trying to find a small nylon bag that would keep the lens protected even if the lens caps fell off.

Does anyone else have this problem?
What solutions have you tried?
See you at the range
