NFA Challenged by multiple gun groups

Since the NFA is no longer a tax, though some believe it was as bad law and Supreme Court ruling, like the Obamacare "tax"... The NFA is being challenged in court together by many gun rights group. Glad to see this cooperation across so many 2A groups to help defeat this.

There is no constitutional authority for a national gun registry.
The NFA is now untethered from any taxing power.
The ATF has no business enforcing registration of untaxed weapons.
