The NRA chose the TSRA as the outstanding state association for 2009.

You can find this factoid at the bottom is this page: http://www.nrahq.org/clubs/club_awards.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I can't find any more information about the whys and wherefores. Anyone know?

Thanks for pointing that out.

I first saw the information in the January 2010 America's First Freedom, page 56. It says the awards were presented at the September 19, 2009, Board of Directors meeting.

I guess it takes a while.
