I have one of the Eclipse Pros, and I love it. I'm glad now that I got the steel frame and not the alloy. I frequently carry it all day in a super tuck, with two magazines on the weak side. The spare magazines "bug me" more than the pistol does.
I replaced the grips with Hogue grips and they look great with the Eclipse two-tone finish. I also love the fact that I have the night sights.
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Kimbers?

Maybe it was my imagination but the steal frame of my Eclipse Ultra Carry seemed like it absorbed more of the recoil than the CDP Ultra Carry.MojoTexas wrote:I have one of the Eclipse Pros, and I love it. The steel frame probably did as it is heavier.
