The net recovery? 12 guns.
OPD Lt. Blair Alexander, in charge of the buyback operation, told the Trib he was disappointed in the lack of support it received:"

That is SO impressive...only slightly less than the whopping 90 guns that the BATFE pulled off of the streets there. That's because there are hardly any left since Jerry Brown cleaned up Oaktown when he was the mayor...
