Several thoughts:
1) If I have to use this, than I have worse things to worry about...including my health,
2) I'd hate to see the holster for this, especially for concealed carry...,
3) I think I'd look too tacticool if I had this flashy bayonet

And while we're on zombies.... WHY does everything marketed as having something to do with zombies have to be that sick green color? EVERYBODY knows zombies are kind of gray and necrotic looking.
Whoever designed that house is an idiot. Simple metal garage door for the left side of the house (as pictured), but concrete/whatever shutters for the 2nd floor windows? Yes, let's put the more easily breach-able defense on the ground floor.chasfm11 wrote:You're right, TAM Here's proof in the ultimate zombie protection house. The Annoyed Man wrote:This. ^^Thomas wrote:If you have to get that close to a zombie, you're doing something wrong.Lonest4r wrote:Solution looking for a problem. I guess the bright green color is just a status thing. I know for sure that I don't want a bayonet on the end of pistol. That combination has "fail" written all over it.
No, it would look more like this:Thomas wrote:If Reddit put their heads together and came up with a zombie-proof, or even just zombie-resistant, yet aesthetic house, it would look nothing like this.
Heh, true. I was thinking about on land. Luckily if anything ever does happen, I'll already be at sea and can easily relocate to a part of the world or an island where there is no problem. I know of some really nice islands with really nice locals only accessible by sea and not air (meaning any virus would most likely present itself before the boat/ship could get there). The Annoyed Man wrote:No, it would look more like this:Thomas wrote:If Reddit put their heads together and came up with a zombie-proof, or even just zombie-resistant, yet aesthetic house, it would look nothing like this.

Too bad that house is on the left coast. Otherwise, we would get a good idea of how it might stand up to an attack of Frankenstorm Sandy.chasfm11 wrote: You're right, TAM Here's proof in the ultimate zombie protection house.
