It is scary. She wants to protect our rights by creating a new gun registration scheme. The first step is to ID who has guns that are not "banned" now.
What should we do to fight off the incoming ban?

I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

Is someone ever uses the term "assault pistol", I hope there's someone there who can say, "Why don't you want to ban assault knives too? I guess you don't care about our safety!"Dave2 wrote:Her site claims that banning high-capacity magazine reduce crimes committed with assault pistols.
